I visit quite regularly as the parts department counter is fully open and competitively priced with other local land rover parts distributers a quick phone call and the parts are waiting at the counter for you. Only 1 issue they get so busy with all the services offered at Pioneer Auto Care LLC parking is somtimes hard.

I said I wanted to bring my vehicle in for an appointment and then I got nothing but silence. I called out twice and still nothing so I guess we got disconnected. Called back immediately and after a few rings the call was ignored. I never got the chance to use their services so I cant speak to their work but I will not use them at all based on the level of service I received over the phone.

There was a misunderstanding with connection. ABE called me back and was very professional and attentive. He made sure to take care of of me and explained everything dummy style so I can understand. I understand the good reviews now. Thank you and apologies for being so quick to be negative.

First time in was this week and I must same I'm impressed. All I got was small work done but still treated me like I was a major customer. They worked around my drop off and pick up schedule as well. I've been going to Redford auto previously but I think I will give Pioneer another shot next time.

I came to the shop because of a groupon and was pleasantly surprised to how nice the staff and workers were. When I needed to stay until they closed for my ride to pick me up they waited with me and also fed me food since I had been there for a while! John and Jerry were both extremely helpful and ones I worked with throughout my experiences! (If you have an Ford cars, I also recommend this shop because of John's background in working with Ford) In regards to the car work, I had recently got into an accident where my control arms needed repair but the person I went to in the past used a rusty old control arm making it unstable to do a solid wheel alignment. In the end I bought the parts that they recommended ( which came in that very day!) And had the work done. I came back a few weeks later because I thought that maybe the alignment was not done right. It was done right but they still said they would come and look at my car for me for free to make sure that I was completely satisfied! There was another underlying issue because of the accident but he still touched up my car and gave me his personal advice about what would be best down the line! This shop is great and I think my family and our numerous car issues will be coming here more! Thanks for the help Pioneer Auto!

Yelp has these guys at a 1 star. What a joke. Came in, had a small fender bender and just needed to get it fixed. I’m not gonna pretend I know much about cars but one of the guys came out, popped some panels back in place and didn’t charge me a dime. I tried to tip him and he didn’t even take it. These guys are awesome. If customer service is your top priority, you’re gonna want to come here. Period.

I am very happy with the service at Pioneer Auto Care LLC. The price was good and there were no surprises. The mechanic explained that I would probably need to get my brakes replaced sometime in the next year, but put no pressure on me to do it right away as some mechanics are known to do. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be using this place for my auto repair needs.
Found this place off of Groupon since they had a pretty good deal for an oil change special. Came out here from Canton never knowing how many other auto places are in the same strip. But definitely happy that I came here. I knew I needed some other repairs on my car but was holding off because of quotes I had received from other places out here in Canton that were overly pricey. So when I heard of the quote they gave me, I couldnt help but get my vehicle repaired. The mechanic here was very educated and actually explained things from point A to Z before I even agreed to the repairs. For an auto repair company and even a small business, this place has excellent customer service and professionalism. They will definitely have my business from now on.
I went to another repair facility first and they lied to me a put what I needed. Plus, the wanted to charge an arm and a leg to do their imaginary work.
Pioneer showed me what was wrong before doing any of the work and was completely honest about it. I stead of paying $2400 at the other place, I paid $385 and had it done the same day.

This is my first time coming here. I am normally very iffy to take my car to ANY mechanics as many are known to rip me off/over charge me.

Never been so impressed with an auto shop! Had taken my car to 2 different shops for quotes, one left it smelling of smoke (just from the short time they had it their for an estimate) and the other bordered on rude and the quote was unreasonable. From the moment I walked in they made me feel welcome and were respectful of my time. What happened next was what earned them 5 stars... once the issue was diagnosed the pulled up the needed part on an iPad to show me what they would be discussing THEN took me out to my vehicle and with a light took me under my raised car and pointed out what was wrong and why showing me the properly functioning part and how it works on the other side of my car. They pointed out parts that were in good shape and why and also things that I would need to keep in mind for the future. Never once tried to sell me something I didn't need, never once spoke down to me, never once became impatient or disinterested, never once hurried or rushed. Price was very reasonable, left my car overnight for them to fix the following day. They called me throughout the day to give me updates. Even though the part they ordered arrived hours later than originally anticipated they still had my car finished by the end of the day. Really impressed. In the future if I have another issue that's one they can fix, I will always bring my vehicle here and you should too! Pioneer auto care restored my belief in humanity in the car service shop industry.

And the bill was less than he quoted because my vehicle apparently has a different type of set up so the transmission flush wasn't as complicated. I brought my car in for one thing and he was honest with me and told me how bad my car was and its not safe. I knew the problems that was wrong they fixed my car and it drives like a brand new car. And now I feel safe and dont have to worry about the worse that could happen. There very professional and he makes sure his customers is satisfied and he goes above and beyond. This place is EXCELLENT !!! These mechanics are honest and they stand by their work. Please be mindful that it is very difficult to find honest mechanics. The work they perform is Exceptional and I would not trust anyone else with my car.

Called to try and make an appointment to bring my vehicle in and right off the bat the man who picked up sounded rude. As if he did not want to be talking to me. I said I wanted to bring my vehicle in for an appointment and then I got nothing but silence. I called out twice and still nothing so I guess we got disconnected. Called back immediately and after a few rings the call was ignored. I never got the chance to use their services so I cant speak to their work but I will not use them at all based on the level of service I received over the phone.

There was a misunderstanding with connection. ABE called me back and was very professional and attentive. He made sure to take care of of me and explained everything dummy style so I can understand. I understand the good reviews now. Thank you and apologies for being so quick to be negative.

First time in was this week and I must same I'm impressed. All I got was small work done but still treated me like I was a major customer. They worked around my drop off and pick up schedule as well. I've been going to Redford auto previously but I think I will give Pioneer another shot next time.

I went to have my brake pads replaced today. After looking at my car, they told me I didn't need new brake pads. Honestly is hard to find and I appreciated them not doing something that wasn't needed.
They were so friendly and helpful got me in quick and helped me figure out a plan to get just what I needed fixed taken care of would recommend and will come back
My experience with Pioneer Auto Care was beyond excellent! I took my car in and explained my issues and they did not hesitate to take my car back to take a look. The owner even physically took me into the back to show me exactly what was wrong, which I truly appreciated. Everyone there was extremely nice. All around great place! I am very happy with the service at Pioneer Auto Care LLC. The price was good and there were no surprises. The mechanic explained that I would probably need to get my brakes replaced sometime in the next year, but put no pressure on me to do it right away as some mechanics are known to do. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be using this place for my auto repair needs.
